When does it make sense to accept a chargeback instead of fighting it?

Dispute representment consumes operational time and resources. Consider accepting the chargeback if:

  • The order value is lower than the internal labor cost of assembling the evidence package.

  • The transaction lacked of delivery proof.

  • The customer experienced a legitimate, verifiable service delay or fulfillment failure.

Focus representment efforts on high-value orders where clear, objective proof of delivery and customer authorization exists.
