Configuring 2FA on your account takes less than two minutes and significantly enhances your store's security.

Step-by-Step Setup

1.Access Security Settings:Takes ~15 seconds.

Log in to your Axaipay Admin Portal. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Login Protection from the drop-down menu.

2.Initialize Setup:

Locate the Two-Factor Authentication module on the page and click the Enable two-factor authentication button.

3.Scan the QR Code:

Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) on your smartphone and use its scanner function to scan the QR code displayed on your desktop screen.

(If you cannot scan the code, manual entry key details are also provided directly below the QR code).

4.Verify & Link:

Enter the live 6-digit verification code generated by your authenticator app into the Pin Code field, then click Submit.

Success Verification: Once verified, a green message stating "Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled successfully" will appear on your screen.

What to Expect Moving Forward

  • Daily Sign-In: When signing in on new devices, you will be prompted to enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app after entering your password.

  • Trusting Secure Devices: Check the "Remember Me" box during sign-in to keep your device trusted for 30 days. You won't be asked for a 2FA code again on that device until the 30 days are up.

  • Lost Device or Lockout Support: If you lose your phone, switch devices, or get locked out, contact our Merchant Services Team immediately at support@axaipay.com to verify your identity and restore access.
